Hip Hip HOORAY!

Welcome to Move It Run It, a blog I hope can inspire and motivate. Me and 2 friends are on a quest to go to Atlanta, Georgia to run a marathon and we need all the help we can get (when I say we I mean me). So, da da daaaaaa this blog was created. I'm going to use it to post about how to live a healthy lifestyle (maybe while I'm eating a tub of Sassy Cow ice cream) but dairy is good for you right? There are so many awesome blogs out there, I hope to make this a place to show some great posts from them and share my journey to complete something on my bucket list, run a marathon. Now, I'm not going for any record time 1st place finish here...I simple want to complete it. I KNOW right now I will be walking during some (most...no no some) of it, but part of getting to your destination is the journey and I hope to learn a lot about myself and jump start a better/healthier lifestyle. So here goes nothing.

Training officially starts next week, until then I am still doing my workouts (not nearly enough however). What I love about this challenge is that it is going to force me to workout, make me get up early and help me get through the tough Wisconsin weather without hibernating like a bear. So welcome to the journey!
